Aryna Sabalenka defeated Mirra Andreeva in two sets (6-3, 6-2) this Saturday in Brisbane to reach the final of the tournament.
In a press conference after her victory, the world No.1 was asked what advice she might give the Russian, ranked 16th in the world at the age of 17: "I'll give her advice when I retire (laughs).
Right now, I let her do what she wants. She's doing things the right way.
She has a great team around her, her family and an incredible coach (Conchita Martinez). I couldn't recommend anyone better than her.
She's on the right path and she's the future of tennis. She's going to be at the top very soon."
