Seoul WTA 500 Draw: Swiatek in the Same Quarter as Raducanu and Krejcikova, Potential Boisson-Alexandrova Clash in the Round of 16

The Seoul WTA 500 promises to be thrilling with Iga Swiatek headlining the event and receiving a first-round bye. The world number one could face Emma Raducanu or Barbora Krejcikova in the quarterfinals, setting the stage for high-level matchups in the Korean capital.

For the second consecutive week after Guadalajara, the WTA tour is organizing another WTA 500 event, this time in Seoul, South Korea. Top seed Iga Swiatek will enter the competition in the round of 16 against either Zhu Lin or Sorana Cirstea.

A potential marquee matchup against Emma Raducanu could take place in the quarterfinals, provided the British player first overcomes Jaqueline Cristian and then Barbora Krejcikova (or a qualifier).

Second seed Ekaterina Alexandrova will play her first match against either Loïs Boisson or the South Korean wild card Ku Yeon-woo. The French player, who suffered first-round exits in Cleveland and at the US Open, will look to bounce back and must first overcome a local player to advance, before a potential clash with the world number 11.

Also notable are the appearances of Clara Tauson, Daria Kasatkina (defending finalist), Diana Shnaider, and Sofia Kenin. The defending champion, Beatriz Haddad Maia, will face Back Dayeon. Find the full draw of the Seoul WTA 500 tournament below.
