"She is the best player of this century," Rick Macci praises Swiatek

In a message shared by *Tennis Up To Date*, legendary Williams sisters' coach Rick Macci was effusive in his praise for Poland's Swiatek. According to him, everything she has achieved since the start of her career places her among the greatest players in history:
"Her historically low ranking and the many mental hurdles she has faced on her favorite surface (clay) are just one page in her history book. It won’t take long for her to flip the script and write a new chapter that showcases her greatness. It will happen sooner or later because she doesn’t have many points to defend.
The Polish punisher will be number one by the end of the year. Iga breaks more records than The Beatles. She is the best player of this century, and her greatest achievement ever is winning 37 matches in a row. If you win 37 straight matches in any field, there’s no doubt you’re one of the greatest players of all time."
For context, Macci has coached many other players during his career, from Capriati to Pierce and Sharapova.
