Sinner Corrects Zverev and Advances to the Rolex Paris Masters Final

Sinner Corrects Zverev and Advances to the Rolex Paris Masters Final
le 01/11/2025 à 17h16

Jannik Sinner delivered a masterclass at the Rolex Paris Masters. In just 62 minutes, the Italian humiliated Alexander Zverev 6-0, 6-1, securing his ninth victory in ten days. A first-time finalist in the tournament, he is now just one step away from a fifth title this season... and a return to the world throne.

A true display of strength from Jannik Sinner in the semifinals of the Rolex Paris Masters. For his ninth match in less than a week, the world No. 2 faced Alexander Zverev, whom he had already beaten in the final in Vienna last Sunday after a grueling battle.

This time, the script was very different. The German, who had been solid the day before against Daniil Medvedev, completely collapsed, powerless against the Italian player's mastery. The first set turned into a rout: 6-0, with just one winner and ten unforced errors from Zverev.

Sinner, meanwhile, continued his momentum, quickly securing a break in the second set to seal the match's fate. In 1 hour and 2 minutes of play, he won 6-0, 6-1 without ever being troubled.

A first-time finalist at the Rolex Paris Masters, the Italian will aim tomorrow against Félix Auger-Aliassime for a fifth title this season, with the prospect of a possible return to the world throne, which he could temporarily take back from Carlos Alcaraz for a week.

I propose the following changes to the rules:

1...a walķover will not be a loss. We have no control of player's health. If he or she is entered in a contest we expect them to play.

2...an incomplete match is not a loss. If a player forfeits we pick another match if there are more to choose.

3...this also applies if TT cancels a match. TT will not take hours to decide an outcome.

How about leavin...

It's a shame that so many matches are being canceled. TT ,you are destroying your game ,and thereby killing your app. I don't know how many matches others have had canceled , but I'm at 3 and it's only thursday.

As a long time player and lover of this game , I don't know how much of this I can tolerate. For example I waited hours last night for you to confirm my win and post my points. Every ot...

This week I have used all my formulas and best guesses to try to achieve the high score jimandlori958 set in our last competition. I am two games short because of cancelations and I need all wins to get there.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Grenier and Hsu at the Kobe tournament? The match was played to completion and on time.

Grenier def Ysu 6-2 , 6-2 at Kobe today and the TT canceled the match.

An impressive win.. Congrats to our winner this week, jimandlori958 and with a score that could not be caught or matched. I don't remember a 56 in a while with our group. Nice to see everyone using the 2 point predictions. Can't win without 'em.
