Sinner: "I don't know how I'll react in Melbourne".

Sinner: I don't know how I'll react in Melbourne.

Jannik Sinner finished 2024 very well with a title at the ATP Finals, but had also started it very well by winning the Australian Open. He spoke at a press conference about defending his forthcoming title: "There will be a lot of first times in our lives.

It's going to be a problem in Melbourne, so I don't know how I'll react or how I'll play. What's certain is that I'm going to prepare in the best possible way.

Like all tournaments, we try to prepare for them, and then we'll see. When it comes to defending my title in Australia, I'm going to do what I did this year, staying calm, keeping in touch with my team and remaining serious but relaxed at the same time.

You have to have the right balance. I always say that tennis is unpredictable. You never know what might happen.
Everything will go well if you're mentally in a good position."
