Swiatek to Drop Out of Top 3 for the First Time Since 2022

The period of uncertainty continues for Iga Swiatek, even on the surface where she has been the most dominant player on the tour in recent years.
The Polish star, who had started her Rome tournament perfectly by crushing Elisabetta Cocciaretto (6-1, 6-0), was knocked out in the third round this Saturday, defeated by Danielle Collins (6-1, 7-5). By losing 935 points after this elimination, Swiatek will officially drop to No. 4 in the world after the tournament (and No. 5 if Jasmine Paolini wins the event).
This means she will exit the Top 3 for the first time since March 2022 and, in the live rankings, now trails world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka by almost 5,000 points.
With low morale and very little confidence gained, she now heads to Roland-Garros, where she will have to defend the 2,000 points from her fourth title won last year.
isn't it @josef123😂😂
