The Doha tournament unveils its draw, Garcia gets a wild card

The WTA 1000 tournament in Doha has just unveiled its draw. Frenchwoman Caroline Garcia has been granted a wild-card by the organizers.

She will face Yua Yuan. In the event of a second round, she will face Jasmine Paolini.

An Emma Raducanu-Aryna Sabalenka clash is also possible, should the Briton win her first round match against Ekaterina Alexandrova.

A first-round clash between Elina Svitolina and Marketa Vondrousova is also on the cards. As for Iga Swiatek, she will face Maria Sakkari or a qualifier.

The theoretical quarter-finals are Sabalenka-Pegula, Gauff-Navarro, Zheng-Paolini and Rybakina-Swiatek.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
