A few days after Indian Wells, which will deliver its verdict on Sunday with the women's final followed by the men's final, the Miami tournament will begin at the Hard Rock Stadium.

But before the competition kicks off, the ATP and WTA draws will take place on Sunday at noon local time, which is 5 PM in France.

In the women's draw, the qualifying rounds will be played on Sunday and Monday, and the first-round matches will begin on Tuesday. For the men, the qualifying rounds will be played on Monday and Tuesday, with the first-round matches starting on Wednesday.

As a reminder, Jannik Sinner is the defending champion of this Masters 1000 but will not be able to participate due to his suspension.

On the women's side, Danielle Collins won the previous edition by defeating Elena Rybakina in the final.

I propose the following changes to the rules:

1...a walķover will not be a loss. We have no control of player's health. If he or she is entered in a contest we expect them to play.

2...an incomplete match is not a loss. If a player forfeits we pick another match if there are more to choose.

3...this also applies if TT cancels a match. TT will not take hours to decide an outcome.

It's a shame that so many matches are being canceled. TT ,you are destroying your game ,and thereby killing your app. I don't know how many matches others have had canceled , but I'm at 3 and it's only thursday.
