Interviewed by Tennis TV after his victory against Luca Nardi in Cincinnati, Carlos Alcaraz discussed the topic of balancing his private life and professional career.
For him, this balance is essential for success. He states: "It’s not easy. I think the key is to find joy in both spheres.
It’s hard to define; in the end, every person is different; everyone can find their own balance in their own way.
For me, these two things are fundamental. You have to stick to them if you want to stay fresh on and off the court, but especially when returning to competition, where you need to be truly motivated and eager to shine in those big battles.
You have to start by enjoying every training session; only then can you succeed in matches. So this balance is the key to success.
