Physical issues are piling up for Paula Badosa, who has endured a tough few months after a strong start to the year that saw her reach the semifinals of the Australian Open.

Troubled by a back injury during the clay-court season, the world No. 10 announced on Monday that she is now dealing with a psoas injury. At Wimbledon, she was knocked out in the first round by Katie Boulter before withdrawing from an exhibition match in Spain last weekend.

She shared an update on her Instagram account:

"Hello everyone. I’ve been offline for a while, but I wanted to give you an update on my situation. Lately, I’ve been going through some tough times… Unfortunately, I’ve been struggling with a psoas injury that flared up before Wimbledon.

This will keep me from playing for a few weeks. These are difficult times for me, but I remain hopeful that things will improve and that the light at the end of the tunnel will start to shine. Thank you for your incredible support.

Favoritism?

Last year: Sinner seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 2.

This year: Alcaraz seed 1, the organizers schedule Alcaraz on day 1, Sinner on day 3.

That means: 7 matches in 15 days for Alcaraz, 7 in 13 days for Sinner; and no rest day for Sinner between quarter and semis, 1 full day rest for Alcaraz.

Also, on the first very hot day, the organizers schedule Sinner...

TT- Your pop up ads almost make the app unusable.

FYI- Ive never bought a single item from any of them after years of using your app, a goal that started as short term but has developed into long term.
