Tsitsipas continues his rise to power!

Tsitsipas continues his rise to power!

Stefanos Tsitsipas seems to be rediscovering his best tennis.

Despite winning the title in Monte Carlo, the current world number 11 has had a disappointing 2024 season overall.

After arriving in Paris with a profound lack of confidence, the Greek first stuttered before finding his feet again.

Beaten badly by Bergs in the first round (7-6, 1-6, 6-1), he then seriously raised his game. Sweeping aside Evans in the second round (6-1, 6-2 in 52 minutes), he has just mastered the Baez test (7-5, 6-1).

Opposed to a top 20 player and surface specialist, Tsitsipas played a full match, breaking his opponent 7 times.

Now back on track, he's about to face a mountainous task, as Djokovic awaits him in the quarters.
