Tsitsipas to take part in Barcelona ATP 500 tournament
Every year, the ATP 500 tournament in Barcelona welcomes some of the world's best players during the month of April.
In the week following the Monte Carlo Masters 1000, a number of the ATP's top players will be in Catalonia to battle it out for the title.
Following in the footsteps of Carlos Alcaraz, Casper Ruud, Andrey Rublev and Holger Rune, another member of the top 15 joins the already tantalizing cast on Spanish clay.
He is Stefanos Tsitsipas, a four-time runner-up at this tournament in 2018, 2021, 2023 and 2024.
The Greek, who has won three Masters 1000 titles in Monte-Carlo in his career, is hoping to finally add his name to the list of honours this year in Barcelona.
Since the start of his career, he has come up against Nadal twice, Alcaraz once and Ruud last year in the grand final.
