Video – 29 shots and crazy intensity: relive this point between Medvedev and De Minaur in Shanghai

The 12th duel between Daniil Medvedev and Alex de Minaur offered fans many high-intensity rallies.
In the quarterfinals of the Shanghai Masters 1000, Medvedev faced an opponent in great form on hard courts this season: Alex de Minaur, twice a Grand Slam quarterfinalist (Australian and US Open) and winner of Washington in July.
But after a 1 hour 53 minute match, the Russian, then the tournament's 16th seed, solidly dominated his opponent of the day: victory 6-4, 6-4. To do so, he had to win many rallies against the Australian, who is also capable of great consistency from the baseline.
Proof of this is this rally at 3-2, 40-40 in the first set (on Medvedev's serve): 29 shots and a beautiful volley from the Russian to conclude the point.
