Video - A cameraman falls on the court before Sinner's match

An embarrassing sequence for an Australian Open cameraman.

As Nicolas Jarry entered the Rod Laver Arena for his 1st round match against world No.1 Jannik Sinner, the cameraman filming the Chilean stumbled onto the court, just seconds after the broadcast began.

The unexpected fall was also immortalized by a spectator in the stands (see video below). An embarrassing moment for the cameraman, who fortunately was able to get up quickly.

This sequence is reminiscent of the one at the Montreal Masters 1000 in 2017, when a cameraman fell on the court while filming Rafael Nadal's warm-up routine.
