Annoyed, mocking, theatrical… Daniil Medvedev tried everything to vent his frustration during his defeat to Taylor Fritz in 2024. A surreal episode that remains etched in the memory in Turin.

Last year, Daniil Medvedev had a difficult ATP Finals, eliminated in the group stage after two losses against Taylor Fritz and Jannik Sinner.

During his first match against Fritz, lost 6-4, 6-3, the Russian lost his cool and began to entertain the crowd, notably with an attempt to return a shot using the handle of his racket.
