Novak Djokovic hasn't had the best season of his career. Although he didn't win a single Grand Slam and sometimes performed surprisingly poorly, the Serb played the leading roles at several major tournaments.

Number 7 in the world, he still contested the finals in Cincinnati and Wimbledon, and above all won the Olympic gold medal in Paris.
