Video - The huge Hawk-Eye error between Zverev and Musetti

In the tie-break of the second set between Alexander Zverev and Lorenzo Musetti, the hawk-eye stopped working on an obvious error.
At 4-4 and service to follow for the Italian, Zverev returned the ball outside the court (see video below).

Except that the Hawk-Eye, used to replace the line judges, failed to make an announcement. The point therefore continued in general confusion.
Carlos Bernardes, who was the referee on the chair, didn't react at the time either. Musetti had to ask for a challenge to win the point.
