Why does Cahill want to continue with Sinner? Panatta's theory
Adriano Panatta has given his opinion regarding the future of the Sinner-Cahill duo.
In an interview reported by Tennis World Italia, the former Italian star, Adriano Panatta, commented on the current situation of Darren Cahill, Sinner's coach.
"In my opinion, he is staying because he believes Sinner can achieve the Grand Slam. It's very difficult. It's no coincidence that no one has succeeded since the time of Rod Laver, but the possibility is there. And Cahill would like to be able to say that he is the coach of the player who achieved the Grand Slam."
Indeed, while Cahill seemed to want to stop at the end of 2025, it appears his choice is different today: "My destiny is in Sinner's hands," he had declared a few days earlier.
