Wimbledon: The Men's Singles Seedings Officially Announced

With just eight days until the start of Wimbledon, the seeded players for the 2025 edition have now been confirmed.
Unsurprisingly, Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz will occupy the top two spots, though Alcaraz enters with slightly greater favoritism following his Queen’s Club title and the level he displayed on London’s grass.
Behind them, Alexander Zverev is the No. 3 seed, just ahead of Jack Draper, who capitalized on his Queen’s semifinal run to overtake Taylor Fritz in the ATP rankings.
Novak Djokovic, a finalist in the last six editions, will be the No. 6 seed and could therefore face Sinner or Alcaraz as early as the quarterfinals. Alexander Bublik, who triumphed in Halle, surged 15 spots in the ATP rankings and will be the No. 28 seed.
Several withdrawals, including Casper Ruud and Arthur Fils, have allowed Matteo Berrettini, the 2021 runner-up, to claim the final seeding spot.
Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard will need a last-minute withdrawal to secure a seeded position and better defend his points from last year’s round of 16.
