Alexander Zverev advanced to the semifinals of the ATP 500 in Munich this Friday after a grueling three-hour battle against Tallon Griekspoor.

At 5-5 in the second set, as he prepared to serve, the world No. 3 was forced to pause his motion following a shout from the stands: "Come on, you damn woman beater."

This marks the second time this year the German has been targeted in this manner, after similar shouts were directed at him during the Australian Open ceremony in January.
