Zverev: "My first-round loss at Indian Wells allowed me to train for two weeks"

Alexander Zverev defeated Jordan Thompson this Monday at the Miami Masters 1000. Speaking to Tennis Channel, he shared his feelings about playing in Miami.
"I think the difference isn’t about titles, but about my strong performance.
I need to play well to make a difference, I need my tennis to be at its best, for my shots to work, and for my confidence to build both on and off the court.
I know I have the quality in my game, that I can do a lot with the ball, but over the last two weeks, I haven’t felt good, I haven’t felt my shots.
I had to train a lot during that time, to try and regain that competitive rhythm and a new mindset.
My first-round loss at Indian Wells allowed me to train for two weeks, so I took advantage of that to work hard."
He will face Arthur Fils for a spot in the Miami quarterfinals.
