Zverev: "My second final in Paris this year, looking forward to it".
Facing Ugo Humbert this Sunday afternoon, Alexander Zverev will be playing in his second final of the year in Paris. In June, he reached the final of the French Open, where he lost to Carlos Alcaraz.
It will also be his second Masters 1000 final of the season. His first came in May, when he beat Nicolas Jarry on a clay court in Rome. The German is therefore delighted to have another opportunity to shine at one of the major events of the tennis year.
Alexander Zverev: "I'm delighted to be taking part in my second final here, as well as my second final in Paris this year, so I'm really looking forward to it.
After all, we have nine Masters 1000s a year, so we have to get used to playing these kinds of matches. Of course, it's always exciting, it's always something special to play for titles like these, and I'm looking forward to it."
