The German held his nerve perfectly to create the upset of the day in Melbourne. After failing to close the match in the 3rd set, he held off the Spaniard's strong comeback to win in 4 sets and join Medvedev in the semis.

Terrible match. First Alcaraz doesn't show up for almost 3 sets. Then Zverev mentally exits early and Alcaraz comes back to win one set. Then we grt to watch one OK set where Alcaraz is still subpar. What a disappointment!!!

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
