Zverev responds to the cries against him: "There have been no accusations for nine months".
During the trophy presentation ceremony after his defeat by Jannik Sinner in the Australian Open final, Alexander Zverev was interrupted by shouts that mentioned the names of the two women who accused him of domestic violence.
Asked by reporters in a press conference about the moment, the German said:
"I think there are no more accusations. There haven't been for nine months. I think she was the only person in the stadium who believed in anything at that time.
Good for her. I think I've done all I can, I don't intend to reopen the subject."
