Only thing about DelPo, he posts a good run here or there but he hasn't had the consistency on the tour yet. But he would be right up there at 100%. Swings and roundabouts though isn't it? Imagine this cup in the 90's, Agassi and Samprass would probably bring it home on their own.
I mean in fairness to world, Europe is generally where the best tennis players come from these days, and the top ranking non-europeans from the last couple of years Raonic and Nishikori are both injured, also Europe is being led by arguably the greatest tennis players in the history of the sport, and is realistically underpowered because of the lack of Murray and Djokovic. Good news for world though, Canada looks like it is producing top draw players.
Who are these people who think they can just try and alter tradition...

Federer was past his prime and had taken to a higher risk game of backing off his first serve and getting more in and ending points as quickly as possible by hitting a winner. So that gave Djokovic, who has won of the best ROS in the history of tennis, a slight advantage. Federer played a remarkable game for someone past his prime and on his way out. Most favored Djokovic to win and he did. So no big surprise.

He will not end up with anywhere near that much after taxes and such. However, I've read that the winner of a single major can make as much as $10 to $20 million long term on endorsements, paid speeches and appearances, etc.

M. Gehl, "big hole"??? I'm 99.9999% sure Vagnozzi didn't say that. You're always so negative towards world's #1. Jaloux? 😉
World wins-4
So,,,how many matches left still??
