If thiem cannot bring a big serve, a almost flawless game (a lot of winners, little ufe) then Medvedev will win without any question. He has to step his game like he does against Nadal (as USO QF 2018 and AO 2020).
Want thiem to win but i have a feeling Medvedev will win (and the USO).

Both the players playing some exquisite tennis.... to be honest its really difficult to pick one of them... this should have been the final.... both the player has been to go final before with thiem a bit more experienced.... I just feel it is the time for thiem to rise to the occasion... I just love watching him his variety in the game so just going with my heart and want thiem to win it... but Medvedev I know he wants to finish the job this year desperately that he couldn't do last year... so just keeping my fingers crossed....

We all are picking either Medvedev or Thiem to win the US Open who knows maybe they will have a 5 hour marathon and Zverev will beat what's left of them and win the trophy

Thiem played some good players they just didn't look like they played well. Im not sure if it was because of domis ball or they just couldn't stand the pressure, maybe a mix of both.

Meanwhile, Medvedev has cruised so far against some quality opponents. Looks just as good as he did last year.

I expect thiem to raise his level, he usually does against better opponents, and med will stay solid. It's gonna be a great match, I want Domi to win but I would bet on medwed

Med has served big and he is a flat hitter which thiem doesn't likes at all. Thiem has to change his strategy against med as med can defend the brutal attack from thiem. Med played very well under pressure in his last match. I would love to see how he handles thiem. Hoping for entertaining but not so long match
