Fritz has a big serve, but it should not trouble Rafa. (Opelka's didn't) All Rafa has to do is move him around the court as Fritz is not the greatest of movers. Nothing compared to Carlos. And of course if Rafa's serve is working I don't see how Fritz can win this match. Needs to have his serve plus one working. Hope he also continues to come to the baseline on second serves. And employ his prowess at the net...which was able to close out the match yesterday against Carlos.

Another title on the way for Nadal.I don't see it any other way.He's been terrific already.

While Taylor Fritz is having the tournament of his career, realistically there is only one winner here - Rafa.

Taylor's best chance to win is for Rafa's service game to be below his normal high standards (again) or Rafa's mobility is greatly affected by his foot, which has not been evident so far at IW.

A vocal pro-American crowd might get Taylor home if he can take the first set but eqyally there will be significant support for Rafa as well.
