From not being allowed to play in 2 GS and 4 masters to playing the final of the finals, Novak has underlined his supremacy. Ruud is a good player but not good enough against Novak or Rafa. Must be a real fitness issue if it goes the other way. Novak for the title

The main question is how is Novak feeling physically today. Did he recover sufficiently? I think he should be much better then yesterday. If that proves to be the case, he could win this one without to much hassle and drama. Hopefully he plays in aggressive mode, the way he played in his 2 opening matches.

In his career Ruud lost all 8 matches against top 3 ranked opponents, and in that process he lost all 20 sets. Novak isn't at the moment at top 3 on the list due to the well known circumstances, but we all know his game was, surely still is. It tells us about Ruud, and the fact where his game is when it comes to the very top of the tennis hierarchy. He is a genuine top 10 player, and a work in progress. Will he get there is to be seen...

Nole had more injuries than Federer.

And Rafa is guilty for his injuries because of his play style. He is pushing his body beyond limits. So he took a risk with that.

Murray was always below the big three level. Evwn before his injury. He took only 3 GS, while all other had 10+ by that time.

So accept that Nole is the GOAT. Wait for half a year and you will see who will have most GS then

Ruud's being outclassed, simply one or two numbers too small when Djoko steps up. To me it seems that Ruud should try to expand his game so that he more often dares to take chances. He needs some killer shots to seriously become a contender in these kind of matches.
