I am Nole fan, but Nadal will take this. He is always complaining of his injuries and that he is not ready, and then he will play great and nobody will expect that.... He will take that as advantage like on many other tournaments

Milutin agree on that point. That strategy has been convincingly used by Rafa and Novak over the years. No denying that. We have heard Novak saying the same having muscle tear, shoulder problem, heat issues, fatigue etc and then winning grandslams. Rafa is the same without doubt. These 2 have mastered it well creating a doubt in the opponents game. I still can't get over how Rafa won the AO 2022 being 2 sets and a break down with a much younger, fitter and the best hardcourter at that time. He was clearly struggling 6 months back and to win that from that point was simply amazing. He probably used the same strategy.

Should be slight advantage for Raffy because he can speak Mexican language the same as the chair umpire for this match. Sanchez Garcia is from Mexico and has umpired several of Nadal's past matches over the years and has been accused of favoritism when calling a few shots in Nadal's favore. Hopefully we have a good match.
