How can you not love everything about Bethanie, great personality, great attitude & she always entertains & on her day she's a great player.

She'll play well for a set & a bit & fall away, love to see her win though.

After that horror injury last year she deserves so good fortune & a run in singles

I agree with @Kwakspur for Beth, she is really a lovely person, of course she has a big heart, adorable, and I like her whole aura of mystery.

I like the both, but I still prefer Venus and I'm rooting for Vee in this match. I don't see Bethanie won against her, I would even say this is going to be a clear victory by Venus Williams.

And unlike PegasusMan, I think Venus is going to destroy Beth, her defeat against Coco Gauff motivated her for the next, she come back stronger!

Poor poor, Venus....looking so sad and downtrodden. I sm almost ashamed to make my expert predicton but I will. I predict Beth wins this match because she has advantage of the texture of the court and the wind is at her back.

Sorry to all my people, but I just woke up from one of my multiple naps and just found this match live on YouTube. I will give my expert prediction shortly or maybe towards the end of the second set.

I had just gone to the bathroom and came back and noticed score and was surprised. Venus looks like she is tiring and barely struggling to chase after those bullets that Beth is tossing after her. Whilst my houseboy is making me a pot of hot Mesopotamian bean soup, I will review more facts about these players before my prediction. But if Venus doesn't step it up, the chair umpire may have to stop the match using the 3-P's clause under the new rules this year. The way Venus is hitting wild balls all over the place, this match may be stopped.
