After her final in Montreal, Osaka will continue working with Wiktorowski
Naomi Osaka rediscovered her best tennis by reaching the final of the WTA 1000 in Montreal, her first in this tournament category since 2022.
This performance was partly due to the change made by the Japanese player before the event, as she had parted ways with Patrick Mouratoglou before starting a trial period with Tomasz Wiktorowski, former coach of Iga Swiatek.
The experiment having proven successful, the two parties will continue collaborating during the US Open, as announced by journalist Dominik Senkowski on X (formerly Twitter).
The player's agent reportedly confirmed the news, and Osaka had stated in a press conference that she wanted to continue this partnership.
