Alcaraz at the origin of Tsitsipas' racket change?
After Stefanos Tsitsipas' victory in Dubai, all eyes were on the mysterious black-tinted racket that the Greek used throughout the week.
Upon closer inspection, the world No. 9 played with a Babolat Pure Aero 98, despite currently being under contract with Wilson. According to Tennis Connected, he reportedly discovered this racket last fall during a training session with Carlos Alcaraz.
Impressed by the racket, Tsitsipas took the opportunity to acquire several before the start of the Dubai tournament.
A rewarding choice that will likely convince him to switch to a contract with Babolat.
