ATP/WTA 1000 Madrid: A Very Packed Schedule for Tuesday Following Power Outage

The Madrid tournament faced an unprecedented situation on Monday, having to cancel all scheduled matches due to a widespread power outage affecting Spain, Portugal, and parts of France.
Only two singles matches were completed early in the day, with Coco Gauff and Mirra Andreeva advancing to the quarterfinals in qualifying.
The organizers have revealed Tuesday's schedule, which will unsurprisingly be very busy. All women's round of 16 matches will take place tomorrow. On the men's side, it will be a mix of finishing the third round and starting the round of 16.
Six matches are scheduled on the Manolo Santana court: Shnaider-Swiatek, Dimitrov-Fearnley (interrupted at 6-4, 5-4), Tsitsipas-Musetti, Zverev-Cerundolo, Sabalenka-Stearns, and Fritz-Ruud.
On the Arantxa Sanchez court, five matches will be played: De Minaur-Shapovalov, Keys-Vekic, Svitolina-Sakkari, Medvedev-Nakashima, and Kostyuk-Potapova.
Finally, the matches Khachanov-Paul, Mensik-Bublik, Draper-Berrettini, Tiafoe-Müller, Norrie-Diallo, and Uchijima-Alexandrova will be spread across two additional outer courts.
