Costa to accompany Zheng in February

Qinwen Zheng had a disappointing Australian Open, losing in the second round despite being a finalist in 2024.

However, she was coming off a very satisfactory end to 2024, with a title in Tokyo and a final at the WTA Finals.

The year 2025 is marked by changes for her.

After launching a collaboration for the Australian tour with Dante Bottini, she will be joined in February by Albert Costa for the Doha and Dubai tournaments.

As for Pere Riba, her coach, he is continuing his rehabilitation after hip surgery. His return is expected in March.
