Dabrowski and Routliffe Win US Open Women's Doubles Against Top Seeds Townsend and Siniakova

Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routliffe triumphed in the US Open women's doubles final against the pair of Taylor Townsend and Katerina Siniakova (6-4, 6-4), the tournament's number one seeds.

The Canadian and Australian duo, who have been partnering since summer 2023, raised their arms in victory for the second time in New York after securing their first title in 2023. They had also won the WTA Finals last year, once again at the expense of Townsend and Siniakova.

In the rankings, both players will climb to the 3rd and 4th spots worldwide on Monday and find themselves within 100 points of qualifying for the year-end Masters.
