Davis Cup: The Bonzi/Herbert Pair Cracks, Croatians Bring Back the Suspense

France needed just one point to secure their qualification. But facing an ultra-solid Croatian duo, Bonzi and Herbert folded, losing 6-3, 7-5.
The specialists in the discipline, Mate Pavic and Nikola Mektic, thus secured their team’s first victory in this second round of the Davis Cup.
Although the team led by Paul-Henri Mathieu had taken the lead (2-0) thanks to wins by Moutet and then Rinderknech, they will have to finish the job in one of the two singles matches.
Moutet will therefore have the task of defeating the former 2014 US Open champion, Marin Cilic.
