De Minaur on his participation in the ATP Finals: "It's a reward for my consistency all year round".
Alex de Minaur is taking part in the ATP Finals for the first time, thanks to his 8th place in the ATP Race rankings, which he achieved in extremis by reaching the quarter-finals in Paris-Bercy.
He is enjoying the experience, despite two defeats in as many matches: "So far, the experience has been incredible, whether it's just being here, the fans, or the way we're being treated. Everything's been good so far, apart from my results.
There's still one match to go and a lot to play. It's in my nature to give 150%. I hope I can finish with something... a good feeling."
The Australian, although already eliminated from the tournament, will play his final match on Thursday against Taylor Fritz.
