Djokovic unbeaten in Grand Slam first round since age 19
Novak Djokovic advanced to the second round of the US Open by defeating Learner Tien. This victory marks his 75th consecutive first-round win in a Grand Slam for the Serbian player.
His last first-round defeat dates back to the Australian Open in 2006, when he was just 18 years old, at the beginning of his professional career.
Since then, Djokovic has always made successful starts and has won 24 Grand Slam tournaments.
