At 38 years old, Novak Djokovic continues his run at Roland-Garros without dropping a single set in the tournament.
The three-time Parisian tournament champion showed no hesitation as he dismissed Cameron Norrie in straight sets (6-2, 6-3, 6-2) in the round of 16. He notably secured eight breaks during the match and delivered 26 winners.
This marks Djokovic’s 100th victory at Roland-Garros, making him only the second player in history to reach this symbolic milestone after Rafael Nadal, who holds 112 wins.
For his 62nd Grand Slam quarterfinal, he will face Alexander Zverev, the world No. 3 and last year’s runner-up. The two last met in the semifinals of the Australian Open, where Djokovic, injured, retired after losing the first set.
