Dropped by the BBC for Wimbledon, Kyrgios Bounces Back as a Consultant for a Famous British Radio Station
Last year, Nick Kyrgios worked as a commentator for the BBC during Wimbledon. However, the broadcaster decided not to renew his contract for the 2025 edition due to the controversies surrounding the Australian player.
Although he defended himself in an interview with *The Guardian*, Kyrgios has ultimately found a new role for the London fortnight.
As revealed by Stuart Fraser on X (formerly Twitter), the former Wimbledon finalist will be on air with TalkSport radio every day for half an hour to discuss the tournament. He will also make appearances during the station’s morning show.
For context, Kyrgios has not played since March, when he was eliminated in the second round of the Miami Masters 1000.
