Fils and Monfils forfeit Marseille, Mayot and Pouille take advantage
Arthur Fils and Gaël Monfils have officially withdrawn from the ATP 250 Marseille. In addition to their withdrawal, a special exemption place has been freed up.
This frees up three places for Daniel Altmaier, Harold Mayot and Lucas Pouille. The two Frenchmen thus avoid the qualifying round.
The reasons for the withdrawal of Fils and Monfils remain unknown for the time being.
