According to Mundo Deportivo, Djokovic allegedly canceled his scheduled training session on Thursday ahead of his semifinal match against Jannik Sinner on Friday. He had reportedly booked a court at Aorangi Park for two hours but never showed up.

This suggests he wasn’t mistaken when he stated in the post-match press conference: "The real impact of this fall, I’ll feel tomorrow (Thursday)."

It remains to be seen what condition Djokovic will be in for his match against Sinner.
