Joao Fonseca will be playing in his first ATP Tour final at the age of 18 years and 5 months.

Although he is not the youngest player in this category, he is ahead of Roger Federer, who played his first final on the circuit at 18 years and 6 months.

Despite this, the Brazilian is keen to keep his feet on the ground and refuses to make any comparisons with the Swiss: "Everyone has their time, and just because I reached an ATP final before Federer doesn't mean I'm going to be better than him.

I want to write my own story. I'm young, I'm having fun, and I hope to write a great story.

Fonseca will face Francisco Cerundolo this Sunday in Buenos Aires, in search of his first ATP title.

Thanks for the good words of support. And to d smith (cherrycoke) I am moved by your words and wish you had been around to experience what I'm referring to. As it is there are revolving groups of players each week. The ones in question might be moved out to another group 1 week in four. That means for 3 weeks of every 4 there is unfair play. If you are buying boosts the odds are greatly in your f...

There are a group of players who feel the need to win and spend a bunch of money to add boosts to their predictions. That is ok if they have it to spend. Many of us do not.

I feel these should have their own group(s). An extra 4-6-8 points makes a difference in a week. I don't want to play in unfair rules.

To me it's just a game. A good one at that. And the developer deserves to get paid. But se...
