Joao Fonseca won the Buenos Aires tournament on Sunday, his first career ATP Tour title at the age of 18.

At the prize-giving ceremony, he thanked the fans who had come all the way from Brazil to cheer him on:

"I want to thank all the people who came here to support me, mainly the Brazilians.

It's strange to say, but I felt at home here in Argentina. I'd like to come to the Buenos Aires tournament for many years to come.

Thanks to my team for all their hard work. Only we know what we go through every day, and we want to aim very high."

I propose the following changes to the rules:

1...a walķover will not be a loss. We have no control of player's health. If he or she is entered in a contest we expect them to play.

2...an incomplete match is not a loss. If a player forfeits we pick another match if there are more to choose.

3...this also applies if TT cancels a match. TT will not take hours to decide an outcome.

It's a shame that so many matches are being canceled. TT ,you are destroying your game ,and thereby killing your app. I don't know how many matches others have had canceled , but I'm at 3 and it's only thursday.
