Fonseca, Youngest Player to Reach One Million Followers on Instagram

In just a few weeks, Joao Fonseca has become a true star on the tour and in Brazil. He continues his journey in Miami, where he will face Alex De Minaur tonight for a spot in the round of 16.

On Monday, he became the youngest tennis player to reach one million followers on his Instagram account, at just 18 years and seven months old. This record was previously held by Emma Raducanu (18 years and 10 months), who saw a massive surge in popularity after her 2021 US Open victory.

Carlos Alcaraz rounds out the podium, having reached this symbolic milestone on Instagram at the age of 19, during his run at the 2022 Madrid Masters 1000, where he was defeated by Rafael Nadal in the second round.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
