For Dipasquale, Sinner wants to prove that he's the boss: "He wants to show Carlos Alcaraz that he's the best".

For Dipasquale, Sinner wants to prove that he's the boss: He wants to show Carlos Alcaraz that he's the best.

The rivalry between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz is becoming increasingly heated. While the era of the "big four" seems more than ever to be coming to an end, the enthusiasm surrounding the current number 1 and 2 in the world continues to grow.

Having already faced each other numerous times, the two young wolves of world tennis seem to be pushing each other to improve. Arnaud DiPasquale has his say on the subject.

According to the French consultant, the current world No. 1 is aiming to show that he is still a better player than Alcaraz: "Jannik Sinner clearly wants to do that. He wants to show Carlos Alcaraz that he's the best, so that he can establish his dominance. This is very important, especially after Carlos Alcaraz's title at Roland-Garros.

And even though Alcaraz won Wimbledon last year, I still feel that, on paper, Sinner could be the favorite."
