Fritz blows away Tiafoe and joins Sinner in the US Open final!

Taylor Fritz has done it.
At the age of 26, the American No.1 has fulfilled his dream: he's going to play in the US Open final.

Faced with an enterprising and dominant Frances Tiafoe, Taylor Fritz was able to resist his opponent's ardor and finally win in 5 sets (4-6, 7-5, 4-6, 6-4, 6-1).
After three sets of domination by the lower-ranked Tiafoe, Fritz took advantage of his opponent's physical decline to come back and earn the right to challenge Sinner this Sunday.
The first American to reach the final at Flushing Meadows since 2006, the world number 12 will now attempt the impossible: topple the world number 1.
One thing's for sure: the crowd will be behind him!
