Cori Gauff beat Iga Swiatek 6-4, 6-4, in the United Cup final. After taking the point back to the USA, she was interviewed after her victory.

She declares herself very confident. She explains: "I'm now convinced that I'm one of the best players in the world. I think I played good tennis. J

I'm happy to win a point for the US team.

It was tough today, no lie. There are a lot of Polish fans. I appreciate the atmosphere. Thanks to the American fans.

I realized that the worst thing that could happen today is for me to lose. In this type of format, even if I lose, we still have a chance of winning.

I just told myself I was going to give it my best shot, and I think that's all the team can ask of me."

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
