The Netherlands have made history. This Friday, the Dutch team dominated Germany thanks to the success of Botic van de Zandschulp and Tallon Griekspoor.
For the first time in their history, the Netherlands will play in the Davis Cup final. They will face either Italy or Australia on Sunday.
Tallon Griekspoor, his country's hero for scoring the winning point, is savoring the moment: "It's great to be able to score the last point.
It was a very good match, I got a quick break in the third set which helped me move forward," he analyzed for Punto De Break after beating Jan-Lennard Struff.
"I'm happy with the way I was able to finish the match. I'm proud of the staff and the team. It wasn't easy, it took a lot of effort.
I'm happy to have reached the final and given us this magnificent opportunity to fight for the Davis Cup trophy."
