Herbert Advances to Second Round in Stuttgart After Dzumhur's Retirement

Pierre-Hugues Herbert came into the match against Damir Dzumhur with strong legs, as the Frenchman had come through the qualifiers.

On grass, a surface that suits him well, he managed to win the first set 6-4 and then broke early in the second set.

Unfortunately, the Bosnian retired due to injury after Herbert held his serve to lead 3-0.

In the next round, the Frenchman will face a tough opponent in Ben Shelton.
